1) Blend the Love Muscle Protein Powder, milk and ice cream together in a blender until smooth, if you like a thick milkshake add slightly more powder or for a thinner milkshake add slightly more milk!
2) Add in the finely sliced banana pieces and mix again until smooth.
3)Pour your milkshake into a nice big glass, drizzling toffee sauce around the inside of the glass as you go.
4) Top with whipped cream and more toffee sauce.
5) Sit back and enjoy the protein!
