1) Blend the Love Muscle Protein Powder, milk, ice cream and peanut butter together in a blender until smooth, if you like a thick milkshake add slightly more powder or for a thinner milkshake add slightly more milk!
2) Pour into a large glass adding chocolate sauce to the inside of the glass as you go.
3) Add the whipped cream, top with more chocolate sauce and finally sprinkle on some crushed peanuts.
4) Sit back and enjoy!
