Where is my order?
All orders can be tracked after they have been dispatched (this typically takes between 24 and 48 hours). Once you receive your dispatch email you'll find a tracking number contained within this email. Please enter this number at https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace
Do you ship to my country?
As standard we only ship to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish highlands.
If you live in another country and would like to order one of our products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate you.
How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery fee is £6.50, orders over £80 receive free delivery.
Is there an express delivery option?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer an express delivery option.
Can I have my parcel sent to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, please fill this out at the checkout. Please note on rare occasions we may reject orders with separate billing and shipping addresses if we suspect the transaction to be fraudulent. If this is the case you will be notified and a full refund given.
Can I change my delivery address after I have checked out?
In some cases it is possible to change an address as long as the order has not be processed through our warehouse. If you would like to change your address after checkout please email, email@example.com with your name, order number and new shipping address.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped, if it has been shipped you will have to return it to us at your cost. To cancel an order please email email@example.com
My parcel arrived but it is not what I ordered.

I don't want my order can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14 day refund policy from the day the goods arrive with you. To request a return please contact email@example.com. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the goods, please note you will be responsible for the return postage and all goods must be in a saleable condition upon their return to us. As soon as we've received the goods you will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs. For more info see our refunds policy.
My order is damaged what do I do?
